This is closer to home. I love that they have a gasoline station here. I don’t like the set-up of the gas pumps. The store itself is clean. The workers there are mostly nice and helpful. I love their cafe. We had ordered a whole pizza, two hotdog combos, two brownie sundaes, two cinnamon sugar pretzel, and a nacho dip for less than $20.

What I appreciate most about Sam's Club is that they offer affordable prices for their cafe and gasoline, for a person that severely is going through financial struggle. You can get a $8 pizza for A family that is struggling putting dinner on table or if you need a pizza for that church going event where people of God need enrichment both physically and spiritually. They also are about 5 cents cheaper than costco. If going through a hard time and trying to stretch your every dollar. Sam's Club membership is worth it, get your money back 1,000 fold.

They never stop working and still can’t keep the orders on time. Something must be wrong with this cafe system. I have been waiting for my hot dog 50 min. New record! I wish any Sam’s manager can see this message, and do something.

I would say it is understaffed and staffs usually aren't at their best attitude or best efficiency... 🙁 I understand it can get crowded from time to time but Sam's Club should really pay more attention into their cafe staffs!

Only 3 staffs working at the cafe on a Saturday. Most members around me had to wait 45 mins or more for their food order. Used the Scan & Go function to tried to save time and avoid the lines. However, it DOES NOT WORK! People who used the app to order ahead had to wait in line (a seperate line than ordering) and the staff prioritize the live line orders. People ordering from the App had to wait even longer on average and it was a complete waste of time. Expect to wait at least 30 mins for two hot dogs if you use the app..

Gave multiple tries and yet still the same... I do see some changes now though so hopefully they are improving.

We love to go shopping there and even with the remodeling, the store is clean. We go around dinner time so we can eat there. My 16 month old granddaughter loves the pizza and hot dogs. Today my daughter wanted the pizza, and I wanted a pretzel (my favorite), the only thing is the line and only 1 cashier. Which is bad at closing or an hr before. We did wait and she said the pizza was great and shared with my granddaughter. I was a little upset my favorite lemonade was out, it is the best. The area was and always is clean.
