First time visiting, lived in El Monte for 5 years never knew this place was here; small but spacious nice little diner to come have a meal. I had the French Toast Combo with a large orange juice came out to $22.20. With a $7.80 tip came to $30 flat. Food was fine/delicious, place seemed clean. Lot of help in the kitchen, pretty fast service, no complaints. The atmosphere gives like veterans POW/Elk Lodge/small town/diner vibes, a handful of older(40/50+) dudes, a young teen couple and a family with toddler was here when I sat in at 10am on Wednesday morning. Parking: I was able to find a spot,but it is limited-if busy.

Went there this morning, experience was less than good. Chorizo and eggs was more like chorizo ‘flavored’ scrambled eggs . There was no chorizo with those eggs. The pancakes, terrible, rubbery, tough, like they were store bought, frozen, and reheated, the potatoes were okay, salsa was terrible, the beans were delicious. This breakfast was hardly worth the $42 I paid for two. They do have a friendly and attentive staff.

Es lastimosamente tener que dar esta noticia sobre este restaurante ya que yo soy muy buena para andar comiendo en restaurantes y también para dejar mis opiniones lastimosamente si está bonito el restaurante y todo pero desde la dueña hasta la última trabajadora que trabaja ahí tienen el modo más pesado que pudieran a ver soy la nieta de un consumidor diario que últimamente no ha estado yendo ahí y las dos veces que me ha llevado a comer ahí conmigo me han tratado como chancla vieja me ha ignorado les cuesta agarrar una orden lo quedan viendo con una cara como que no les debiera o como que uno les va a pedir y qué lástima qué lástima porque es buen lugar lugar bonito lugar bonita historia y todo pero con un modo tan pésimo como el de ustedes no y tengo cinco cuentos más con las que también soy crítica de lugares y lastimosamente lo voy a tener que hacer porque cada vez que llego con esta persona siempre recibo agresiones no verbales pero si se pueden sentir

Fluffy waffles, fluffy eggs, good biscuits and gravy. We came from Phoenix for the weekend and were looking for a new breakfast place since our usual diner closed during covid. Good service. Thank you.

It's such a great classic diner. I went in not expecting much, but eggs were delicious, and the texture was great. Pancakes are delicious by themselves, with vanilla coming through nicely. This place would give a lot of hip breakfast places a good run for their money.

Flo's is morethan just a coffee shop. It's your mom and pop's diner that serve good breakfast and lunch. I was looking for a go0d diner and ended up here to grab breakfast. I had coffee, a pancake, veggie omelette cheese with potatoes and buttered wheat bread. Their coffee taste good. Similarly, their veggie omelette taste good and of good portion. Pancake and wheat bread were soft, tasty and fluffy. Moreover, their potatoes were fresh and tasty. Staff were amiable, attentive, and professional and competent. Indoor atmosphere was very welcoming and typical mom/pops kinda vibe. Indoor seats were huge. No outdoor seating. Prices are fair and competitive. Ample of parking space. Overall, I highly recommend Flo's and will come back again.
