Appetizers were fantastic and half price on Tuesday’s. Homemade soups were delicious and plentiful. Lunch menu pricing was in effect as late as 3:30. Chicken Marsala and Chicken Parmesan made to perfection.

Definitely not a 4+ rating. Most restaurants can do a decent chicken Caesar salad, but this dinner entree was a disappointment. The chicken was completely bland, no flavor at all, as if it had been boiled. For a dinner entree, it was the same size as a side salad, there was no Parmesan, and the croutons weren’t crisp. The chicken souvlaki was also flavorless, consisting of what seemed like cooked frozen vegetables and boiled rice. We’ll be looking elsewhere when staying in the area.

Friendly guy tried to seat us. Bossy hostess said no and made him go do something else. Three or four minutes later, he tried again. She again wouldn’t let him. She then wandered off and started talking to another employee and doing something at the cash register. After a third attempt, the guy said that “she” would seat us shortly. We waited another couple of minutes, but she wouldn’t even look in our direction. We left and got a nice meal at a competing restaurant.

We used to frequent here about once a week before covid, especially for kids night, was great atmosphere, good was good and price was reasonable.
After covid settled down a bit, we went back once as we used to for kids night as it was advertised on their site as still a thing. Showed up and kids night was no longer a thing and was shell shocked at the prices online were very outdated and our bill was nearly triple what we used to pay and food was not as good.
For a "family restaurant" it was not very welcoming and hard to feed a family reasonably.
It's been 2 years and we haven't given 1 thought to going back.

We went here because half of the menu was gluten free but the one meal that was given to the person who was gluten free was full of wheat. She had to go the emergency room and the manger had zero remorse and acted like they did not care at all! Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable do not bring your gluten free kids here I beg you!!!

Ordered on line. Will not be ordering from there again! I ordered a grilled chicken salad with anchovies. My salad came and it's a miserable excuse of a salad ! No anchovies which I paid extra for and it contained noodles in it. How hard is it to make a Ceaser salad with grilled chichen and anchovies! Shall we discuss the portion size? Could you even spare the salad that you gave me dripping in dressing? Apparently for this place . Very hard.

This was such an incredible experience for me today! I worked inside this building almost 30 years ago when I was 19 years old and it was Chi-Chi’s Mexican restaurant. I have liven in Michigan since 1994 and returned to Pittsfield a few weeks ago and took a trip down memory lane. I decided to come back today to spend more time in The Berkshires with my parents. I showed them the places I used to work and decided to take them to dinner here! We loved it! I am so happy to sit in the same booths I used to sit at when I worked there decades ago. The food and the service was spectacular so to pair all that with the emotional connection that I had internally going on, it made for a really great evening with my family.
You guys don’t even know how happy you all made me today. Thank you!

Good GLUTEN FREE options, dedicated menu with meals and appetizers. They use safe practices.

I Got the prime rib but was very fatty,. I tried the GF chicken Parm and was better. I'd go back if in the area. But stick with the pasta. Staff was nice,
