I love this restaurant! Since Novolaris' relaunch eating out here as been an exceptional experience. I love the decor and ambiance and it fits very well with the authentic Italian cuisine. The menu is creative and has great options for those who want the old-style Italian essentials OR more innovative and fresh takes on classic meals. The staff is polite and helpful, the drink and wine menu is great, and for the value, you can't beat the price! -Adam

I wish I could give Nuvolari’s a 6 star review. Our waiter was wonderful. Me and my partner went for our first anniversary and they gave us complimentary soup and champagne, and a keepsake menu. We got the crab cakes which were delicious. I got the spaghetti and meatballs and I still think about it months later. The portion sizes were fair and I ate leftovers twice. I asked for a quiet table when making my reservations and we got a very nice table in the corner of the restaurant which felt very special and private. Thank y’all for making our anniversary so wonderful, and we will be going back again soon!

We did pickup… live very close.. got there 10 minutes after placing order. My veal Milanese was barely room temperature … extremely disappointing. The flavors r good but u should only serve freshly prepared(hot) dishes…n NOT microwaved… as if I should even need to say that

Wow, what food! We shared an appetizer and a pasta and each got an entry! Very very good! Great atmosphere and service as well!

It was absolutely amazing! Rene was wonderful and coming from the same industry very welcoming. Everything was delicious and piping hot. We will definitely be back

I'm a little late on this review but wanted to come and say what a wonderful time my family and I had. The greeter was welcoming and had a warm personality, Ms. Tiffany our waitress was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. The crab cakes are a must have !!! My husband a the most juicy, tender, and ribeye he's had in awhile. All the food was picture perfect. We a delicious tiramisu for dessert. We were able to box up leftovers for lunch.
The management was also very friendly.

Had a short & terrible experience here. Celebrating my 17 y/o daughter's birthday and boy was this disappointing. The sweet hostess sat us and filled our waters. That's all the service we got. After 15 minutes of no staff even acknowledging us, we decided to just leave. Didn't seem to be a big deal to any of the servers as no one even offered to get us started or try to stop us from leaving. Maybe 25-30 other patrons in the whole place. Guess they can afford to just let business slip through their hands.

We went for the New Brunch on October 6th..the brunch consisted of nothing more than a regular menu item and they threw 1 egg on the side..Way overpriced and it definitely wasn’t a brunch.. I cancelled my reservation at Palmettos, in Slidell, to give it a try..sorry I did.
